Announcing #SelfPortraitSaturday
It’s time I tested setting up a hashtag viral. I’m calling this one #selfportraitsaturday. There are too many photo’s being posted on Twitter by its users while in actual fact we never have any idea who these users are. Do I want to get to know you? Probably not all the time, but I would find it interesting to see who the person behind the tweet is.
If you feel like participating make sure to take a self portrait photo (reflections via mirrors work well, too!), tweet it on Twitter and add the hashtag #selfportraitsaturday
Make sure to spread the news so that others may join and we can see those happy Twitter faces show up online… come on, don’t be shy!
Rafael thinks I am moving to Florida...
I can appreciate people trying to use social media as a tool to create more business or to even expand an existing base of operations. Taking the easy route and bascially sending messages via Twitter, for example, because I mentioned a keyword ‘Boca’ or ‘Miami’ for example is just down right spamming!
I can’t for the love of me find out what triggered Rafael Rodriguez @Century21Boca to send me a tweet telling me that he could help me find a place to live in Florida. If he would cough up and cover all the expenses I would say “Hell’ya! Let’s go!” otherwise, just leave me alone and stop bothering people with your Twitter Autoresponder or properly adjust your filter!
In het kader van een nieuw project heb ik een interview afgenomen met de oprichter van Usabilla.com, Paul Veugen.
In elk interview met iemand uit de ‘online’ wereld zullen 10 vragen gesteld worden en krijgt de gast ook de mogelijkheid om zelf een vraag te stellen voor de volgende gast.
Het is de bedoeling om alle interviews op 1 website te plaatsen. Tot die tijd zullen de interview alleen beschikbaar zijn via mijn eigen blog, Vimeo en de websites van mijn gasten.
